Michael Phelps has won his 19th medal today; he has 15 gold medals( 6 MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE ), 2 silver and 2 bronze!

Phelps was tied with Soviet gymnast Larisa Latynina (1956-1964) with 9 golds, 4 silvers and 4 bronzes.

And they criticized him for smoking weed — doesn’t seem to be a problem for him!
