Majority of the murders in Chicago are gang-related and involving guns. The youngest murdered was 15, the oldest 52.

A 3 week old baby was also killed but due to child abuse.

The latest murders in Chicago was last night:

49-year-old Howard Hill was gunned down at 5:30pm in East Garfield Park. He was shot in the stomach and later died in the hospital. Hill was just released from prison for a burglary felon charge and was on parole.

21-year-old Freddie Williams was killed when a gunman opened fired while riding his bike in Bronzeville neighborhood around 9pm.

Last month, they had a total of 48 murders due to violence.
