NCAA | Oregon Safety Done For Season; Miami Hurricane Linebacker, Safety & Receiver Out

John Boyett, Oregon’s starting senior safety, needs surgery on both of his knees due to partial tear in his patellar tendons. He will be out for the season. Boyett did play in the season opener against Arkansas St but did not the next weekend against Fresno St. Last season, he was their leading tackler, and had 1 sack & interception.

Miami reported 3 injuries, the biggest is their linebacker Ramon Buchanan who is done for the season with a right knee injury. Their safety Vaughn Telemaque is out for this week’s game with a knee injury and receiver Allen Hurns return is unclear at this moment after a head injury vs Kansas St.
