Allen Iverson, one of the most entertaining former NBA players in history, may be back on the court.

Acording to ESPN Dallas, the Mavericks are interested in Iverson for their D-League team and possibly make his way to the NBA roster.

Sources told ESPN.com that the Legends, who are co-owned by Mavericks president of basketball operations Donnie Nelson, ramped up their season-long pursuit of Iverson on Monday, offering him the chance to resurrect his career. – ESPNDallas
