One of the most famous murder mysteries in the nation is now again in the media.

JonBenet Ramsey, beautiful 6 year old beauty pageant was found dead in the basement of her home in 1996 on Christmas Day.

There are many reasons why a intruder was not found as police were sloppy and careless with the investigation and back in 1996, sources were not available as they are today.

The grand jury is now saying there was enough evidence in 1999 to convict her parents who claim an intruder must have killed their daughter and they were innocent. The jury believes JonBenet is a victim of child abuse.

JonBenet’s father is still alive but her mother died in 2006 from cancer.
