NFL | Eagles Sign NYG Safety & Ravens Starting Cornerback

2012 NFL - AFC Divisional Playoff Game - Houston Texans at Baltimore Ravens (13-20) - January 15, 2012

The Philadelphia Eagles have signed rivals NYG safety Kenny Phillips and Ravens cornerback Cary Williams according to ESPN.

Williams had 4 interceptions last season with the Ravens and agreed to a 3 year deal with the Eagles.


Phillips has been suffering from injuries (knee) but was a big factor in the 2011 season when the NYG won the Super Bowl against the Patriots. In the 2011 season he had 4 interceptions. He has agreed to a one year deal.
