FSU’s athlete students Ronell Mance and Stephen Newbold, 2 of the nations top sprinters, were arrested after a poolside shooting occurred at their off campus apartment. They also have been suspended from Florida St.

NY Daily News reports:

A police report stated that Mance, who won a silver medal in the 2012  Olympic Games in the 4×400 relay, and Newbold, the MVP at the recent  Atlantic Coast Conference indoor track and field championships, were arrested  moments after Tallahassee police were alerted that the shots were being fired at  an off-campus student apartment complex at about 3:30 a.m. There were no  injuries reported.
