NFL | Charles Woodson Signs Back To His Old Team & Not The Packers


Several teams, including the Denver Broncos and NY Giants, were interested in the free agent safety Charles Woodson but he was just signed back to his old team for a one year deal.

Not the Green Bay Packers. The former Michigan Wolverine was drafted in 1997 to his first NFL team, the Oakland Raiders. Woodson went to Packers in 2005 and was cut due to the salary cap & his salary.

In his NFL career, the Pro Bowler has 55 interceptions and off those interceptions, 896 yards and 11 touchdowns.
