The NFL will be investigating Roc Nation sports agency, owned by Jay-Z, with the signing of rookie quarterback out of West Virginia University, Geno Smith.
Smith fired his agents after the New York Jets drafted him, then signed with the Roc Nation Sports. The league suspect recruitment violations and that NFLPA “certified” agents can only recruit active clients.
