Former Patriots tight end has been arrested for the murder of his friend Odin Lloyd. The motive might be from Lloyd knowing Hernandez’ involvement in two other murders. In 2012, Daniel Abreu and Safiro Furtado were shot and killed in July.

Investigators say the Abreu and Furtado got into a heated argument and a brawl with a group (with Hernandez) after a club. When Abreu and Furtado left and stopped at a traffic light, a gray SUV with RI license plates pulled up and shot up the car, killing both.
