NFL | NO PLAYERS Picked In Supplemental Draft

The NFL reported that the players who were in the supplemental draft Thursday has concluded with no signings. The last exciting supplemental draft was with Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor who is now on the Oakland Raiders which was 2 years ago.

The supplemental draft is when players do not enter the NFL draft or missed deadline to enter the draft.

Four defensive players — defensive end James Boyd and defensive tackle Nate Holloway, both from UNLV, Central Florida defensive end Toby Jackson and South Alabama defensive back Damond Smith — and two receivers — Houston’s DeWayne Peace and Purdue’s O.J. Ross — were eligible to be selected.

Receiver Josh Gordon was the only player selected in the supplemental draft last year, by the Cleveland Browns, which used a second-round pick to acquire him. –
