A 25-year old man was fatally shot on Flatbush Ave in Hartford today at 4 p.m.

The name of the victim has not been released according to WTNH News but Migadalia Reyes says she is the mother of the victim.

“I guess he was on a porch or something and somebody drove by and killed him,” she said.

The alleged shooter fired off multiple rounds. Officers said the victim was shot twice in the torso. – WTNH
