NBA | Allen Iverson To Officially Retire From The NBA

cave

One of the most entertaining players ever in NBA history will officially retire from the NBA.

Allen Iverson, known for his unreal cross overs and unforgettable plays, will hang his jersey after playing in the NBA for 14 years. We remember his most with Georgetown Hoyas and Philadelphia 76ers.

Before Georgetown, he had a troubling past but made it out of Georgetown and was the first overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft and was the Big East Rookie of the Year.

Besides the 76ers, he played for the Denver Nuggets along with Carmelo Anthony, then the Detroit Pistons with Richard Hamilton, Memphis Grizzlies for one season and then back to the 76ers before playing overseas.

We will not discuss his personal life with the law, divorce and such because we know him from his talent as a basketball player.

In his NBA career, he scored 24,368 points, 3394 rebounds and 5624 assists. He has won every award except a Championship.
