As of right now, CNN News reports that 4 have been confirmed dead after a Bronx passenger trail derailed this morning.

The rail cars flipped over near Spuyten Duyvil station, feet away from Harlem River.

The three of the four dead were thrown out of the train.

Metro North will investigate as they believe speed is the reason for the derailment. The operator stated he applied the breaks but they did not work.
