Today has to be the worst snow storm of this winter so far and it already has a tragedy involving a snow plow.

A pregnant woman was struck by a tractor clearing snow in a parking lot in NY. 36-year old Min Lin died but her baby boy was delivered by C-section.
The driver struck the woman when he was backing up his tractor as New York is being hammered with almost 14 inches of snow.
