SMH | Florida Jury Deadlock For Murdering Teen He Shot At Over Loud Music

Florida is the most controversial state when it comes to their state laws and the mindset of people who are on the jury.

Michael Dunn will not be charged for murder as the jury was deadlock for the murder of 17-year old Jordan Davis. Davis was shot while sitting in the rear passenger seat with friends at a gas station parking lot. The teens were playing loud music as Dunn fired 10 bullets at the car after a argument over the loud music. Three bullet hit Davis, killing him.

The jury is deadlock on the murder charges but found him guilty of three counts of second-degree attempted murder. He can face at least 60 years in prison.

Why was he not charged for murder? What kind of nation do we live in when it is ok to shoot at a group of teens over loud music and get away with killing one of them because the shooter is aiming at ALL of them?

Trayvon Martin and now this in the state of Florida?

You can probably guess where I will not be living.
