The driver of the tractor trailer that struck the limo bus has been charged with death by auto and four counts of assault by auto.

USA Today stated the driver failed to notice the traffic slowing down ahead on the NJ Turnpike and struck the back of the limo van, overturning it causing a chain reaction. One man, in the limo van, was killed.

Tracy Morgan, comedian-actor, is still in critical condition.
