The number three ranked recruit in the nation was kicked off the Baylor University football team, one of the top offensive teams in the NCAA.

Sophomore Robbie Rhodes agreed on sanctions and broke the agreement when he got arrested in May for marijuana possession and tampering with evidence during a traffic stop.

Rhodes can still play football if he transfers but would have to sit out one year.

His freshman season, he had 10 catches for 157 yards. Many believed in his potential and he would of been a star player for Baylor.
