According to Boxing News 24, former three division world champ Adrien Broner turned down a 5 year contract deal with Roc Nation for $40M. He had to be “Broner” and TMZ Sports shows Broner telling Jay Z to “suck my d***”.
Boxing fans took to Twitter says Broner is crazy for not taking the deal as he is not that talented to even be offered that amount. Broner says the offer was insulting.
Broner lost to Marcos Maidana and was not impressive in other fights (Molina, Taylor) last year. He is expected to fight this year.
