A woman is accusing a star Lakers player of rape from 2011. She claims, according to TMZ that after she left the Hollywood bar with Nick Young, that he put a date rape drug in ger drink, then raping her at his house.

The case was dismissed by police as they said her story is flawed.

Now she is suing Young for $3M, claiming she gas emotional distress and lost money.

Young is fighting the suit.
