NY Giants are taking no chances and are diving in the defense pool.
Jason Pierre-Paul is staying with the Giants, cornerback Janoris Jenkins from the rams got a five-year deal and now a big defensive tackler has been snatched by the Giants. NYJ’s Damon “Snacks” Harrison has signed a five-year deal for $46.2M with the Giants according to the NFL Network.
Rumor has it, they are now going after Olivier Vernon of the Miami Dolphins. Vernon, 25, had 7.5 sacks and 36 quarterback hits last season.
Giants are not the only team with some money to blow on Vernon. The Jacksonville Jagaurs are also interested in the young star.
