Cowboys Jerry Jones has said he wasn’t planning on drafting a quarterback. But the businessman was offering his second and fourth round pick for the dual quarterback according to USA Today.
USA Today confirmed that “Dallas Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said the team made “a big push” to get back into the first round”.
