The good news is Derrick Rose is safe and well. The Knicks PG did a no-show from last night’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans. The Knicks staff were unable to reach him as well. Knicks Joakim Noah was able to reach him after the blowout loss and said he was “OK”.

ESPN reports that Rose returned to his hometown Chicago for a family situation.

Rose was at the shootaround yesterday morning according to teammates. Fans went on Twitter hoping Rose was safe.
