Shawn Oliver was freed of all charges yesterday for the murder of 26-year old Mia Henderson according to The Baltimore Sun.

Henderson is the sister of NBA player Reggie Bullock, forward from the Detroit Pistons. She was a transgender who was stabbed to death in July of 2014.

Oliver’s DNA was under Henderson’s fingernail but defense says it was due to consensual sex the night before. He is currently serving a 1-year sentence for drug conviction.
