Footage from a Juky 29th arrest has leaked and a Danbury police officer has been arrested.

Newstimes reports Officer David Williams was arrested this week after State Police found this footage that shows Williams punching a suspect who is in handcuffs. The suspect was in custody for assaulting another officer according to statements released by the police department.

He was arrested for breach of peace but additional charges are pending.
