Just my little analysis about Mr. Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr.

Yes, if you do know me, you know that I am not a New England Patriots fan, despite that I live in Connecticut (more like the tri-state part). You know that I am a New York Giants fan. So with the Super Bowl match up being the Patriots versus Atlanta Falcons, many would think “Go Falcons” was my mindset. Shockingly enough, it wasn’t. Call it petty if you want, but I wanted my Giants to be the only team to beat the greatest quarterback ever in the biggest game of the NFL season. Twice.

Greatest. Yes, I said it. After the historical Super Bowl last night, you cannot deny the fact that Brady is the greatest quarterback ever in the NFL.

Four game suspension for an accusation that was NOT proven. 12 weeks of regular season football that led to 28 touchdown passes and only two interceptions. There are quarterbacks who played all season that didn’t even get close to those stats.

To top it off, Patriots make the biggest comeback in Super Bowl history in the first ever overtime in Super Bowl history and wins with record breaking stats like throwing 62 times and out of the 43 completed: 466 yards! During those 466 yards, he was getting beat up by Falcons line with 5 sacks and hit over 16 times under pressure.

Falcons last possession with Matt Ryan did expose his inexperience. With no time outs left, due to the dumb challenge thrown on Julian Edelman’s “catch of the game”, he decided to throw the ball to players in the middle of the field and not near the sideline. Falcons did not score the entire fourth quarter. Not even a field goal which would of won them the game. Please don’t forget how fantastic Julio Jones and Devonta Freeman were though. 116447158

Do we say the Falcons blew it? Play calling? Or Tom Brady wasn’t going out without a fight? Who wanted it more? Outcoached? MVP curse real?

Well Falcons offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan is taking the offer that happens to still be on the table from the 49ers according to Sports Illustrated. I also find it odd the day before, former Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick, retires. He’s the last quarterback to get Falcons far in the playoffs. Last time Falcons was in the Super Bowl was in 199 against John Elway and the Broncos. We all know how that ended.

The NFL took their draft picks, took their money, took their players playing time away for Spy Gate, Deflate gate and all other gates involved. Yet, the biggest accomplishment was never taken.

You either hate him or love him, but the fact remains. Not a guess or an opinion. The fact is simply this, he is a five time Super Bowl champ. The MOST for any single quarterback.

Side note: Oh, don’t forget the fact that Eli Manning & the Giants stopped it from being seven. So haters, you might want to thank Manning.

  1. I’m sure no one will agree but his talents and luckily thorough management of the organization led to his initial super bowl, and through. Talent wise, he has every parameter you want in a QB except for scrambling potential. Hey haters will hate and say those rings are rigged
