Associated Press reports that a 13-year old Michigan girl and her friends did a cruel prank that she committed suicide. Her boyfriend, an 11-year old boy, Tysen Benz, saw social media posts and texts that she killed herself.

Within 40 minutes, he replied stating he was going to kill himself and he hung himself in his room. His mother, Katrina Goss, found him on March 14 and died at the hospital.

The girl will be charged with “telecommunication services-malicious use and using a computer to commit a crime”.

Goss told NY Post trouble started when Tysen bought a cell phone without her knowledge. She got the phone from a friend.

Tysen was a very popular athletic student at Bothwell Middle School and $31,000 has been raised on GoFundMe campaign.
