48-year old Robert Seman, from Ohio, jumped from the fourth-floor courthouse balcony yesterday before his trial, killing himself. Seman was accused of raping a 10-year old girl and setting a fire that killed her and her grandparents according to YAHOO News. When police arrested Seman in 2015, police found burns on his body.

He ran away from the officers and jumped over a banister WKBN reports.

The daughter’ stepmother is sadden and said “There’s no justice at all.”
