13-year old Malachi Hemphill, from Georgia, accidentally killed himself when he was streaming live on Instagram according to reports from NY Post.

His mother, Shaniqua, was home when she heard the gunshot. She ran upstairs with her daughter to see what happened. They kicked in his door as it was locked and found him in a pool of blood. His daughter screamed to turn his phone off as she saw it was on Instagram live. Friends who watched the whole incident live ran over to their house according to the daughter.

His mother said he had been trying to put a clip in the gun. Police are investigating how Malachi got the gun.
