Atlanta Braves’ second baseman’s son is on life support after being struck in the face by a baseball a week ago according to NY Daily News.
15-year old Jackson Lockhart, son of Keith Lockhart, was hit while crossing home place as the catcher was trying to throw the ball back to the pitcher in a tournament game. The hit broke his nose and a week after, his nose would bleed and at a doctor visit, it wouldn’t stop. A CT scan discovered an artery was torn and he was placed on life support, an attempt to stop the bleeding.
Surgery was done and it has been said that he is steady.
