18-year old Abel Cedeno stabbed a 15 and 16-year old around 10:50am today at Urban Assembly School in East Tremont. NY Post confirms Cedeno stabbed his classmate with a pair of scissors and investigators believe the suspect was bullied. The 15-year old was pronounced dead on arrival at St. Barnabas Hospital.

The students at the school has a very low percentage rate from last year’s state exam. Only 5% are proficient in math and 13% in English. 47% of the student body feels the campus is safe.
