‘Shameless’ actor Ethan Cutkosky, known as Carl, was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles area. TMZ reports the 18-year old actor was driving poorly in his orange BMW when he was pulled over. He prompted the police to arrest him and book him.

It’s unclear if he was under the influence on drugs or alcohol.
