During National School Walk Out, Custodian Steals Money From Student’s Book Bags


A South Carolina custodian has been arrested for stealing $180 from student’s school book bags as they participated in the National School Walkout this week.

32-year old Aisha Evans went into a classroom at Richland Northeast High while the students were outside per CNN reports. She has been fired and charged with three counts of petty larceny.

Students across the nation participated in the National School Walkout to bring awareness to gun violence at schools. The last school shooting left 17 dead in Florida’s Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on Valentine’s Day.
