Footage of a shooting in East Pittsburgh was posted on Shauny Mary’s Facebook page. In the vide, you see two teenagers run from police then shots fired.

“Why are they shooting”, says the woman on the video, “all they did was run.”

Per reports from the NY Daily News, the police pulled over a car fitting the description of one that left the scene of a shooting where a 22-year old was hurt. Two passengers ran but only one got away as officers shot the other one killing him. The driver didn’t run and was arrested.
