New details are coming in after singer Chris Brown was arrested after his concert in Florida. Per reports from Detroit News, Brown had a warrant out for felony battery. The incident occurred in a nightclub last April with a photographer.

The photographer, Bennie Vines Jr., claims that Brown hit him when taking pictures as he was hired by the club to do so since the event was hosted by Brown. He suffered a minor lip cut and told police who arrived after Brown left.

Brown was released on a $2,000 bond from Palm Beach County Jail & he doesn’t seem to be worried about it as he left a post on Instagram today.
