The NFL has started an investigation after a photo was posted on Instagram of a women badly beaten. The woman is Bills running back LeSean McCoy’s girlfriend. Her friend, Mia, took the photo of Delicia this morning in her hospital bed per HotNewHipHop.

McCoy has yet to comment on the allegations.mccoy
