Denzel Washington has been in several Spike Lee movies and ‘He Got Game’ left a print on how it is to be a star athlete from the hood who has potential to make it to the NCAA and/or NBA.  Former NBA star Ray Allen played the role as Jesus Shuttleworth but Washington admits that another NBA star almost took the role – TMac.
