Uber, Lyft & UberEats Drivers Struggling To Make Profit

It’s still a very popular part-time and/or full-time job and this may be the reason why the salaries are declining and not rising.

A study done by JP MMorgan Chase Instiue (via NY Post) states that drivers for Uber, Lyft, UberEats and Postmates made 53% less last year than they did in 2013. Back then, they could make $1,469 a month. Currently it’s $783.

Uber said that the decrease in profit is because of the high increase in drivers who work part time and not full time. JPMorgan agrees it could be the increase of drivers or drivers are driving less.

So it’s not just the taxi drivers struggling anymore.
