An ongoing investigation has led to the arrest of Welterweight Champin Victor Ortiz. The 31-year old turned himself in to Ventura County police yesterday and was charged with three counts of felony sexual assault (forcible oral copulation, forcible rape, forcible digital penetration) per CNN.

The incident occurred in March when the alleged victim said she was sexually assaulted by Ortiz in a home in Oxnard California.

Besides boxing (record 32-6-3), Ortiz was also in movies SouthPaw and The Expendables 3.
