The famous nightclub promoter turned playboy has died after having sex in the back of a car.

Reports claim 63-year old Maurizio Zanfanti, legendary Italian playboy, suffered a heart attack Tuesday. He claims to had sex with over 6,000 women as he’s known as “Italy’s most successful lover”.

The 23-year old woman called 911 but he couldn’t be revived.
