Two cousins were hanging out on Whalley Avenue toward Goffe Street in New Haven Connecticut and then things went wrong.

According to WTNH, a black man approached one of the cousins saying “Happy Halloween”and stabbed him tonight. The victims cousin, who was waiting in the car, saw the incident, got out the car and approached the suspect. He was also stabbed by the suspect but then shot him in the chest. The suspect died and no relations to the victims. The victims will survive.
