A 28-year old middle school teacher was found dead after he was placed on unpaid leave from Freedom Middle School in Stone Mountain Georgia.

FOX reports that the teacher, Zachary Meadors, was accused of sexually abusing a 12-year old student last Friday and was scheduled to meet with district officials the Monday after. He was found dead before the meeting with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The family found letters from Meadors in his home.

Another teacher, in California, committed suicide a few weeks ago. David Bruce was accused of molesting five male students.
