Two former Sacred Heart University players plan to sue the woman who will serve one year in prison for false rape claims.

Per Daily Mail, Nikki Yovino, who also went to SHU, claimed that Dhameer Bradley and Malik Hilarie raped her at an off-campus party in Bridgeport Connecticut in October 2016. The two men claimed in was consensual and she later admitted to lying. Her reason was because she already had a boyfriend.

During the trial, Yovino showed no remorse and even rolled her eyes when the players spoke in front of the judge.

Statements from one of the players claim they lost their scholarship and dream to play football. Now they are suing Yovino for alleged slander and infliction of emotional distress and suing  the univerisry of wrongly suspending them.
