Reports claim that a 48-year old Bronx man named Tyrone Campbell got into a verbal disagreement with Reginald Cooper, 56, earlier in November. It was over a cell phone.

The two began to fight and Cooper knocked Campbell to the ground. Campbell banged his head on the concrete and later died at the Harlem Hospital.

Cooper will now be charged with manslaughter after investigators declared Campbell’s death a homicide.
