Arkansas Man Hung Out With Juror Day Before He Escapes

He simply walked out the door and no one thought to watch a man who was about to be sentenced to 20 years.

FOX News reports that 32-year old Arkansas man, Madriekus Blakes, was in court waiting for his sentencing for an attempted murder conviction but during recess, he left the courthouse and got a ride home with a juror.

They came back but the next day, during deliberation, Blakes fled the courthouse.

The juror who gave Blakes a ride home the day before claims they “did not talk about the case”.

Blake was charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder when he shot at a man who he claimed owed him money in front of a convenencie store last September.

He is still on the run.
