Here is What Trae Young Will Train on This Offseason with Kobe Bryant

Atlanta Hawks Trae Young has added some pounds this offseason and is about to train with one of the best that played the game.

Reports confirm that Young has gained 12 to 16 pounds and his muscle mass has improved. He will be training in the USA Basketball campthat starts today and then heading to California to train with Kobe Bryant.

The main focus on their training is his mid-range jumper since he shot only 31.6 percent from the range. In his rookie year, he averaged 19.1 points per game, 8.1 assists, and 3.7 rebounds. His one-and-done year in Oklahoma, he averaged 27.4 points per game, 8.7 assists and 3.59 rebounds.

Bryant has also worked out with Boston Celtics Jayson Tatum last year. That didn’t seem to work out.

Young and Tatum are not the same player though so lets give Bryant the benefit of the doubt.
