Cincinnati officer Ray Tensing was charged for murder of unarmed black man, Sam DuBose. Tensing shot he 43-year old man in the head when he pulled him over for a missing front license plate in July 2015. It has been declared a mistrial according to NY Daily News. This is the second trial where it’s been deadlock.

The body cam footage contradicts the police reports. Tensing claimed that he was being dragged by the car and that’s why he shot DuBose. On the footage, Tensing is yelling stop at the DuBose door but the vehicle is not in motion nor is Tensing being dragged.
