Michael Sorrentino, The Situation, and his brother Marc agreed to plea guilty to tax fraud according to The Blast. The Situation, known for his role in hit MTV reality show ‘The Jersey Shore’, did not pay any taxes on his $8.9M income back in 2010 through 2012. The Sorrentino’s tried to avoid the IRS by depositing cash into different accounts.

Michael faces up to 15 years and March up to 25.
