Jesse Spencer knew that he had an STD since June 2012 and did not quit his job: a porno star.

SPencer, aka Mr. Marcus, exposed his co-stars in porno films with syphilis. The industry gave him penicillin when the STD was discovered but showed symptoms days later. Spencer changed the test results so he could keep his job.

He will serve 30 days in jail, 3 years probation and 15 day of community service.

The co-stars got tested and none have contracted the disease.
