The March footage of Younes Bendjima beating up a man in a club is supposedly Odell Beckham Jr.’s fault.

According to Hot New Hip Hop, Bennett Sipes approached Beckham about him flirting with his girlfriend, Instagrm model Sommer Ray. He claims Beckham wasn’t happy about it and on his way out, that’s when members of Drake and Odell’s crew attacked him.

It’s clear in the video Bendjima, Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, was involved in the fight. Sipes was unaware it was Younes who threw the first punch. So Beckham didn’t even touch him but is getting sued.

Sipes’s attorney claims he’s still going through physical therapy after the March incident.
